"I tried The Information for a few months..."
I tried The Information for a few months, and I regret not reading more reviews before signing up. The subscription is pricey for what you actually get. Some of the articles were interesting, but not enough to make me feel like the cost was worth it. I kept expecting more because of the price, but it just didn’t really deliver for me. Ended up cancelling.

"Didn’t really work for me"
I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but this just didn’t feel that useful to me. For the price, I expected a bit more, and I’m wondering if other people had a better experience than I did

"I cancelled my account, but somehow I still..."
I cancelled my account, but somehow I still got billed afterward!!! Super frustrating and such a hassle to deal with!!! I expected it to be simple, but it turned into a whole annoying situation!!!

I reached out for help and waited days, but never got anything useful back. Based on this experience, it feels like their support just isn’t something you can count on when you actually need it

"Not exactly my go-to source"
I gave The Information a shot thinking it would be packed with the kind of tech and business coverage I actually follow. Somehow, though, it mostly managed to serve me plenty of articles I didn’t care about and not much of what I was looking for. Impressive, in a way. I’m sure it’s useful for some people, but for me it just felt like a lot of scrolling around for very little payoff.

"Good stuff, but the site is MESSY"
I like the content overall, but actually using it can be kind of frustrating. The website feels a bit all over the place, and the app loads REALLY slow for me sometimes

"Not enough depth for what it costs"
I wanted to like it, but a lot of the articles feel kind of thin, like they were rushed out. For the price, I literally expected more in-depth reporting. It might work for some people, but for me it just doesn’t feel worth paying for.
